獲參賽資格之球隊將於2026年5月4日或之前收到確認資格及繳費通知之電郵。
Teams will receive the confirmation and payment notification email on or before 04/05/2026.

如參賽賽事監督員/ 球員名單仍未滿額，球隊必須於2026年5月7日或之前，於網上填滿後補賽事監督員/ 後補球員註冊表資料。
If the team registration list is not full, teams are allowed to add eligible supervisors/ players, application for additional supervisors/ players must be submitted to online system on or before 07/05/2026.
